Professional video content for social media, listings, YouTube, house tours, agent branding, educational content, and more. Filming and editing are both included, and video is billed by the hour rather than by the finished piece.

Like photography, your booked time is used as efficiently as possible. A one-hour shoot can be used to capture as many Reels, short-form videos, b-roll clips, or other pieces of content as we can realistically complete during that session. The goal is to maximize your content, not charge you separately for every video.

Editing can include cuts, pacing, music, text overlays, transitions, branding, captions, and formatting for the appropriate platform.
