Open House Ready gives you the marketing and materials you need to make your next open house feel intentional, organized, and ready for guests without spending the night before making signs, graphics, and print pieces yourself.

Use it for a traditional public open house or a broker open house. Depending on your package, we can handle everything from promotional graphics and property materials to signage, handouts, QR codes, and the little details that make the event feel put together.

Hosting a broker open? We’ll also create invitation content you can send to your agent network. Please note that NJ Agent Lab does not maintain an invitation list, contact agents, distribute invitations, or guarantee attendance; we create the materials and you handle the guest list and outreach.
